How Do You Make An Easy Peasy Mac & Cheesy Chili Casserole?
This recipe is yummalicious and super easy too! Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9″ x 13″ pan with Pam Cooking Spray (or whatever brand you use). Prepare the macaroni & cheese as stated on the box, EXCEPT use 1/2 the amount of butter. You will use 4 tablespoons for both boxes. In a large bowl, pour in the 2 cans of chili. Add the prepared macaroni & cheese. Mix well. Then carefully add the DRAINED peas to the chili-mac-cheese mixture and mix gently. Take this mixture and pour it into your prepared pan. Spread evenly. Open your package of shredded cheese and spread over the top of your casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Watch so the cheese doesn’t burn. Serve with a side salad. You may also top the casserole with sour cream or even guacamole. Yummalicious!
