How Do You Make An Easy Mint Sauce?
A delicious instant sauce, dip or chutney to accompany most appetisers – especially spicy lamb meatballs! Wash the fresh mint leaves before using, and cut off any thick stems. If you have a nice large bunch, just pluck the fresh leaves and leave the stems. Add the mint, cilantro, onion and green chillies to a blender and finely chop them. In a mixing bowl, whisk the yoghurt so its nice and smooth. Add the chopped mint and other ingredients, season to taste.
