How Do You Make An Easy Flourless Chocolate Cake?
This is a very easy flourless chocolate cake perfect for those on a gluten free diet. It’s delicious served alone, or try it warm with a scoop of ice cream. This cake tastes good enough to be served at a nice dinner party, or just enjoy as an everyday treat. Kids on a restricted diet will love this cake as well. Make it in mini muffin tins as a kid-sized goodie! Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease an 8 inch round cake pan or muffin tins, and dust with cocoa powder. Melt chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler over lightly simmering water. If you don’t have a double boiler, you can melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack and finish cooling completely.
