How Do You Make An Easy Citrus-Soy Marinade For Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Or Vegetables?

Learn how to make a delicious, simple marinade that tastes great with just about anything including beef, chicken, seafood, pork and vegetables with just five ingredients. You can use this recipe with your indoor or outdoor grill. This is a very easy recipe made with common ingredients that you may already have on hand. The recipe makes enough for the contents of one zip top bag. If you need more, you can just double the recipe. Juice the orange and lemon. With the peel on the garlic, smash each clove with the flat part of your knife, then peel and chop each clove. (You can skip smashing the garlic if you’d like but it does help release the flavor. If you choose to skip this step, it’s really no problem. Just peel each clove and then chop.) Put all ingredients in a zip top bag and add meat or vegetables. Marinate for approximately one or two hours or even before you head out for work in the morning. Grill and enjoy!
