How Do You Make An Easy Appetizer With Phyllo Dough?
We all had those times when company is coming but we don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. There is no need to with this easy appetizer that will have your friends wanting more. You’ll have more time to spend with your friends than with the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat a medium size skillet over medium high heat and add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add the onions and cook until carmalized, about 15 minutes. Combine the onions, roasted red pepper and feta cheese in a bowl and mix to blend. Take one sheet of phyllo dough and place down on your work surface. Brush lightly with butter, then add another sheet on top until you have 7 sheets all together remembering to brush each sheet with butter. Take approximately 4 tablespoons of the filling and spread along the outer edge of the sheets length wise. Then carefully fold the sheets over and end with the seam side down. Take a serrated knife and cut into slices
