I have been making this dessert for years and everyone loves it. The best part is that it is so easy and good for you. It may just be the perfect dessert. Start by washing and cutting your strawberries lengthwise into long slivers. Then set your strawberries aside. Also set your Cool whip out to thaw during this process. Next, flip your store-bought angelfood cake upside down. Place a knife about 1/3 of the way down the cake and slowly slice through it horizontally. You should have a doughnut-shaped disc when you are done. Take it off and set it aside. Next, make another horizontal cut halfway down the remainder of your cake. You should end up with three discs when you are done. Set the top two aside and leave the bottom one to work on. Now lay some of the cut strawberries on the top of the bottom disc. Once you have covered that disc with strawberries, cover it with the next disc or layer of cake. Cover the top of that layer with strawberries and then place the final layer of cake on
