How Do You Make An Easter Egg Tree Centerpiece?
Easter egg tree make wonderful centerpieces in any room in your home. If you live in an apartment, then an Easter egg tree centerpiece is a great way to carry on this fun Southern tradition and decorate your home at the same time. Cut a branch from a tree in the yard that is about 3 feet tall. This branch should be at least 2 to 3 inches thick and have many small branches. Spray paint the branch in a pastel or white color. Do this in a well ventilated area or outside. Apply as many coats as needed to completely color the branch. Paint your metal coffee can in another color of pastel spray paint. You can also paint on leftover house paint. Fill the dried paint can about halfway with rocks from your yard. Insert the painted tree branch in the middle of the coffee can. Fill in around the tree branch with the rest of the stones all the way to the top of the can. Cut 6-to-8-inch pieces of twine or fishing line.
