How Do You Make An Easter Chick Card?

0

Send an Easter greeting on a homemade Easter card, and give the recipient the warm and fuzzies. This is a simple craft that can be created in less than an hour. Children can assemble this project on their own after you give them an example and instructions. Cut two 5-inch tall ovals from white card stock. Set the ovals aside. Draw a number 8-shaped chick on yellow paper. Make sure the chick will fit inside the oval. Cut the chick out. Draw a beak on the chick with an orange marker or crayon. Draw the eyes with black. Glue the chick to the center of one of the ovals. Cut the top third of the second oval off using a zig-zag pattern. Glue the bottom of the cut egg over the chick. Align the lines of the top and bottom ovals. Place the top third on the oval. Poke a hole in the bottom right corner of the top piece so that it pierces both ovals. Fasten the pieces together with a brad. Write an Easter message on the back of the chick with a marker.
