While it’s delicious on its own, if you’re feeling decadant, serve it with cream or a scoop of french vanilla ice cream. Serves 6. Preheat oven to 375F/180C. Place fruit in a pie dish and sprinkle brown sugar over the top. Unroll one sheet of puff pastry over pie dish and trim edges using a knife. Dust pastry with icing sugar. Cut two small slashes in pastry to vent. Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
