At some point in our lives, no matter what our station, we need to take stock of ourselves, and if necessary, make an attitude adjustment that will point us in a positive direction. We need to better ourselves with a positive attitude for both our emotional and physical wellbeing. Taking these steps will put you on the right path. Think of yourself as the needle of a compass, with negative forces and influences pulling you in all directions during the course of a day. Depending on how strong the pull, you’ve got to remain on course and not let negativity, either from yourself or others, pull you down. Look north, keeping in mind that attitude is everything.
