Get a pump bottle of antibacterial hand soap (such as Dial) and pour out about a third of the liquid soap. You can save the excess for another batch, or pour the excess into your liquid dish soap bottle. Add about 1 tablespoon of witch hazel extract to the bottle. Try to use a witch hazel product that is dissolved in about 14% alcohol. Add a half teaspoon of tea tree oil to the bottle. Then, fill the rest of the bottle with water.
