How Do You Make An Astounding Peanut Butter Pie?
This is the best thing a peanut butter lover (or even liker) will ever put into their mouth. YES IT HAS PEANUTS, if you can’t eat peanuts, this is not for you, if you CAN eat peanuts, make this now! This is super quick to make (but it has to freeze for an hour or so). You might want to let the cream cheese and the cool whip sit on the counter to thaw for 10 – 20 minutes but in my experience, not completely necessary. In a mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. This might be too difficult to mix by hand, I use an electric mixer. Mix well. Add entire tub of Cool Whip and mix. Scrape (it won’t pour) mixture into pie shell and smooth. The pie shell comes with a plastic lid, attach lid and set pie in freezer. This should freeze in an hour or so. Serve frozen although you will have to thaw it for a few minutes in order to cut it.
