How Do You Make An Apple Pie Candle?
This is an interesting and unique gift idea. It is moderately easy candle making project. Step 1 Add 2 cups of water to your sauce pan and bring to a boil. Step 2 Add wax to coffee can and place into boiling water. Completely melt the wax. Add cinnamon to melted wax and gently stir with plastic fork. Step 3 Place wicks around the middle outer pie tin letting the wicks hang over the outside of the pie tin. Pour melted mixture of wax and cinnamon into the pie tin. Leave enough wax mixture to place over the apples. Step 4 Let the wax harden until you can see it on top ajust the wicks to your desired position and add apple slices. Yes from a real apple. Put the rest of the wax mixture over the apple slices and let harden for about 15 minutes. Step 5 Use the plastic fork to gently scratch the melted wax and make the top look crumbly. Let it harden completely and you have an apple pie candle.
