In the anime series Naruto, Anbu ninjas are a special class of ninjas with secret identities who are responsible for intelligence and assassination missions. They are highly regarded like the Elite and Special Elite ninjas and normally work in groups of three with an Elite ninja as leader. Their white masks and silver vests distinguish them in appearance from the other ninjas and make it impossible to figure out their true identities. Making an Anbu ninja mask is not difficult and this key piece can become a staple in your cosplay (costume play) wardrobe. Roll your white air-dry clay into an 18-inch square sheet. It should be about 1/4 inch thick. Set the sheet of white air-dry clay on top of your blank face mask and gently press it onto the mask so that it adheres to the plastic and shows the shape of the mask beneath it.
