An AMV can be produced using many different video editing programs, though Windows Movie Maker is a popular program for AMVs because it is readily available on many windows PCs. Step 1 Choose the anime, song and theme you wish to use for your AMV. A good AMV needs a theme that is usually determined by the anime and song you want to use to create the video.
