Salmon is so good for you. It contains omega 3’s and is one of the top foods health enthusiast reccommend. Here is a wonderful tasting, terrifically easy way to use it differently. Even a child could make this one. Pour a quart of milk in large saucepan. Put a peeled medium size onion in with it. Turn on the heat to medum/medium high. Bring to boil then turn down to a simmer and let simmer 30 minutes. In the meantime open the can of Salmon and clean all of the skin and icky stuff off of the meat. Once the milk and onion have simmered 30 minutes, remove the onion – it should be cooked and the flavor has simmered into the milk. Onion can be also eaten on the side if you choose. Add the cleaned salmon to the milk in bite size pieces let simmer for 5 more minutes. Ladle into soup bowls and season with salt and pepper – what a treat!
