In this article i will tell you how to make an amazing glowing ball of ice for under $10 Step 1 Attach the wires to the LED. Use the electrical tape to secure it. Step 2 Insert the LED into the balloon. Fill it with water and tie a knot. Step 3 Put the water filled balloon into the freezer and wait until solid. Step 4 When solid take out of the freezer and cut the balloon skin off. Attach the batteries and behold the magic.
