Football season is right around the corner and what better to host your tailgate party with a Buffalo Chicken Dip, easy to carry with you anywhere and can be served with tortilla chips! This recipe is also versatile to create a Terriyaki version for those who can’t dare the to tempt the HOT Tangy Sauce of the Chicken Buffalo. Have chicken prepared, cooked and cubed before starting the process of making the chicken dip. Precooked and cut chicken can be purchased. Place all cream cheeses into casserole dish, along with cooked cubed chicken. Add the package of dry ranch seasoning. Mix the ingredients together measuring approx 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream into the mixture to help it blend. Place the casserole dish into the oven at the lowest setting. Continue to check and stir the dish until all the cream cheese is melted. Stir in 1 tsp of Pete’s Hot Sauce. Taste until desired hottness is achieved.
