A popular dance performed by Algerian women (namely the Ouled Nail tribe) is the belly dance and as such, Algerian dancers often wear clothing that shows off their stomachs. If you find an interest in putting together a costume based on the look of an Algerian dancer, there are many ways of pulling off the look. Locate a pair of shorts that you don’t mind using for the costume. Find a colorful, flowing hippie-style skirt that ends at the feet, preferably a color like gold or maroon.
