How Do You Make Allergy-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies?
These cookies are yeast-free, egg-free, milk-free and the chocolate is dairy-free. A welcome change to those unfortunates who are allergic to everything. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Beat Soy Garden Buttery Spread, sugars and vanilla. Add Egg Replacer, beat well after each addition. Beat in flour mixture gradually. Stir in Tropical Source chips (and nuts, if desired). Drop a tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 375 degree pre heated oven 9-11 minutes or done. Let stand 2 minutes and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
