A wrestling game is a fun way to educate children about wrestling moves.Playing games helps to strengthen family bonds, and when family members get together to make a game, those bonds are strengthened even more. Write down offensive moves on index cards that have been colored with a blue highlighter. It’s a good idea to start with only five moves. You can add more later. Start with five basic offensive takedown moves, which are the fireman’s carry, the single-leg takedown, the double-leg takedown, the hip-lock and the Russian drag. Make 10 cards for each of the five offensive moves. You will have 50 offensive move cards. Design a defensive card for each of the five different offensive moves.
