How Do You Make A Wreath With Fabric Scraps?
Fun, relaxing, and an easy craft to make, a fabric wreath is a fun project for all ages. Plus, it’s a wonderful project for recycling those old fabric scraps. Invite friends over for a wreath-making party — it’s a craft that everyone can make successfully. Sort through your fabric scraps to find color and pattern combinations that you find pleasing. Focus on the colors because after you cut the pieces you won’t see much pattern. Press the scraps. Cut the scraps into one inch by six inch strips using your rotary cutter or scissors. The strips do not have to be perfectly uniform. You will need about 360 strips. Use a simple overhand knot to tie each strip to the wire frame. Start at one point and work your way around rather than wrapping randomly on the frame. Watch how your patterns are combining and cut more strips of a color if you need it.
