Making a bracelet out of embroidery thread is an easy craft that can be used to create a very attractive and bright bracelet. Also known as friendship bracelets, a thread bracelet consists of several different colors of thread, often bright and rainbow colored, which form a series of angled, colored bars down the length of the bracelet. Cut the six pieces of string so they are long enough to run from the tip of the fingers to the elbow of the bracelet’s eventual wearer. Hold the pieces of string together so their ends are even, and tie all six in a knot approximately 2 inches in from one end of the strings.
