Use two pieces of wood measuring about 1 to 2 inches in diameter and about 30 or more inches long as the handles. They can be square, rectangle or round. Drill a hole 2 inches from the bottom of each handle with a wood drill bit. The holes should be slightly larger than your galvanized bolt. Cut a round wood piece about 10 inches in diameter out of the thickest piece of wood. Make the wheel the any desired size. Bore a hole through the center of the wheel with a large wood drill bit just a little bigger than the designed bolt. Attach the handles, one on each side, to the wheel with the bolt and a nut.
