This tutorial will explain how to make wire wrap pendant using tools you find in your local bead shop or hardware store. Gather your wire wrapping tools and your beading supplies. You will need wire in the gauge suited to the bead you chose, chain in the same metal wire you select, one or more beads, and a hand made or commercial chain for the pendant. Most wire is sold and stored on a spool so the wire may have kinks when removed from the spool. Straighten your wire using your nylon pliers, if needed. Make a loop at the end of the wire using your needle nose pliers. The gauge wire you chose will depend on the size of the hole in your bead. In this case, we used 20 gauge 14 kt gold wire. Wrap the wire around the base of the loop three times. Use your pliers to push wire flush against the wraps. Use a needle file, if needed, to file the end of the wire so it is not sharp.
