Never try making a fruit cake before? If so try out these simple steps to create a beautiful strawberry cake. Step 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Step 2 Grease a 8 inch round cake pan with vegetable oil then flour. Make sure either is not too thick in pan. Step 3 Include the egg whites, two cups of milk together with cake mix and whip together for at least 2-3 minutes until smoothed. Step 4 Pour the batter into greased pan. Step 5 Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until well done. Step 6 Slice each strawberry in half and decorate it on top of cake in a circle after each strawberry has been thawed. Keep the cake refrigerated.
