Remove excess and damaged foliage from the stems of each flower. Pull off any unattractive petals as well. Use your hands or a stem stripper. Place the stems in a bucket of water. Cut the stems at an angle 2 inches from the bottom while holding them underwater. Keep the flowers in a bucket filled halfway with cool water until ready to assemble the bouquets. Hold one stem at a time with one hand while you add to the bouquet with the other hand. Keep the center flowers at the same height and in a square shape. Arrange the other flowers around the center, sloping downward to form a dome shape. Use floral tape to bind the stems about 3 to 4 inches from the flower heads. Continue wrapping the t
