If you are not strong enough to do it, repeat this step after you have done the following: loosen the water bottle cap first, and crunch the water bottle in the middle and twist it by half a turn. then turn the water bottle back to normal and put make the cap tight again • Grasp the water bottle tightly and have your thumb twist the cap off (make sure you fully twist the cap off, or the cap won’t pop out) Bang! You’ve done it and it’s reusable to do some more and it makes water vapor in the top part of the bottle!
