How Do You Make A Water Feature Out Of Ceramic Pots?
A water feature is a soothing and attractive addition to a patio, deck or garden. A ceramic pot water feature or miniature fountain can be constructed and set up outdoors in less than a day. It can be used to draw birds to an accompanying bird bath, or to add a tranquil spot to a backyard corner. There is no need for a water source feed, as the water pump continuously recirculates the water over the materials in the pot. You will have to add water frequently to make up for evaporation. Purchase or create two ceramic pots for the water feature. The pots should be the same size, or one can be slightly larger than the other. The bottoms of the pots should be as close to the same size as possible. Drill a hole two to four inches from the top at the back of the main ceramic pot, which will contain the water and the water pump. The hole should be large enough for the water-pump cord to be threaded through, and will be above the water line of the feature. Turn the second ceramic pot upside do
