They are the perfect height to make a vintage looking chandelier. Cut your short garden bed fence to 3 feet long. Tin snips will cut through most chain link and metal fencing material. Roll the 3 foot piece of ending into a cylinder shape. Cut pieces of 20 gauge wire to 3 inches long. Tie the two ends together with 20 gauge wire pieces. Trim off any excess wire. Tuck ends under so they do not stick out. Cut off one piece of 20 gauge wire for each candle votive you will be attaching to the chandelier. These should be about ten inches long. Place one tea candle votive on the side of the metal fence cylinder. Wrap the wire around the front of the tea candle votive with both ends sticking inside the fence. Twist the two ends of wire together to hold the tea candle votive to the chandelier. Continue this until a
