How Do You Make A Vanity Table For A Little Girls Room?
As in past articles I have written this is a small project we made from three separate items we found a yard sales. Remember I am giving you examples of the things you can put together with items you find. These can be found in thrift stores, yard sales and in our area people just set thing on the side of the road. The three items were a mirror, table and an old chair. The table was just a small table we picked up and it had a lip all the way around the top. To make the mirror set flush with the back it was necessary to cut the lip off. What I did was to set the table upside down and moved my saw guide to just cut the back even with the bottom table frame. This gave me a even edge for mounting the mirror to the table. The mirror didn’t have any mounts with it when we found it so I took a scrap piece of 1″ board and ripped it on my saw to 1 1/2″. Then I cut the ripped board and cut two pieces 15″ long and these are what I used to mount the mirror to the table. The last step was to glue
