Two images usually come to mind when one thinks of Valentine’s Day: flowers and candy. You can make a unique bouquet for your loved one, using edible treats in place of the flowers. Even if you have no experience in crafts, you can make one of these Valentine candy bouquets with just a little time and effort. The project you complete may very well become a favorite gift and tradition. These ideas are also fun to make with your children or friends. Purchase a sundae glass at your local dollar store. Fill it with red and silver foil-wrapped chocolates. Insert a red and white striped candy stick in the side. Use small glue dots to glue clear cellophane wrapped white mints around the edge of the glass. The mints represent the whipped topping found on most sundaes. Carefully poke chenille stems in between the chocolate candy, until the stems touch the bottom of the glass. Use craft wire to attach heart shaped lollipops to the sides of the stems.
