You will need a blank Christmas stocking. This can be homemade or can be purchased from a craft or dollar store. The first step is to choose a design or character for the stocking. A snowman, Santa, a decorated tree or even a silly reindeer make great, colorful designs for the stocking. Draw the design out on the felt.
