Cone shaped sushi rolls are easy to make. Try your hand on this recipe. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Fold rice once done cooking and cool to room temperature. Place a sheet of seaweed (shiny-side down) on a bamboo rolling mat. Then spread about 1/2 cup of rice onto the seaweed (nori). Make sure it is fairly evenly distributed onto the sheet, and leave about 1/2-inch to the edges. Chop the tuna, and mix it with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (or Thousand Island salad dressing), and stir in about 1/2 teaspoon of smelt roe (optional). Spoon it diagonally onto the rice. Add a couple thin strips of celery and carrot, then a strip of avocado. Drizzle few drops of lemon juice on the mixture if desired. With the help of bamboo mat (optional), roll and form the sushi into an ice cream cone shape. Stick the bottom of the cone to itself with a few pieces of the sticky rice or with some water. Enjoy!
