Do you love chocolate cake? Do you love chocolate covered cherries? If you do than you will love this luscious triple chocolate cherry cake. It’s so easy to make and your friends and family will think you spend hours in the kitchen making this simple chocolate cake. Don’t tell them the basis for this chocolate cake is a cake mix. This is an ideal cake for the busy mom or career woman or for the man who wants to show off his culinary skills. I created this chocolate cake for the birthday of a friend who loved chocolate covered cherries. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray Bundt or round tube pan with oil spray. Coat lightly with flour. Make sure the entire inside of pan is covered, so the chocolate cake won’t stick to the sides. Make pudding according to directions on box. Set aside. We will use this in the chocolate cake.
