How Do You Make A Topiary Flower Arrangement?
A topiary is a real or faux “tree” that is trimmed into a certain shape. In many cases, crafters make topiaries that have a small round ball of silk flowers atop a thin “trunk” set in a flower pot. Topiary flower arrangements make lovely centerpieces for use during holidays and special celebrations. Assemble your topiary base. You can use round green floral foam or round Styrofoam balls for this. Push the dowel through the foam, being careful to put it through the center of the ball. Hot glue a brick of floral foam into a flower pot and insert the end of the dowel into this base. Alternatively, you can purchase and use a premade topiary base. Start sticking the larger flowers into the foam ball. You may have to cut the stems down. You want them to stick out a little bit at first; get everything assembled before pushing them all the way in. Add smaller picks and greenery to accompany the larger flowers. You don’t necessarily want to create a pattern, but try to make the arrangement look
