How Do You Make A Tomato Mango Combo Salad?
The ingredients in this combination salad or side dish are a little odd, especially the honey at least the first time I made it I thought so, but you have to taste it to really appreciate it and in fact now I make it as often as possible especially during the warmer months. This is also a great food to lower your cholesterol levels and add more antioxidants, vitamin E and lycopene to your diet, and plus it is really easy to make. These ingredients make for about three servings. First slice or if you prefer dice the tomatoes and your mango. Next get a bowl and add the sliced or diced tomatoes in it, the sliced mango and the cayenne pepper. Add the teaspoons of lime or lemon juice, the teaspoon of olive oil and the tablespoon of honey. Now get a spoon (preferably wooden) and mix together the ingredients, and it is ready to be eaten.
