• Decide on a design, size, and location for your temporary tattoo. Consider the amount of liquid eyeliner you have, as well as the time you have available. • Draw your design on your skin with a ballpoint pen. It’s okay if mistakes are made here, they will be covered and/or washed away later on. • Trace over the design with liquid eyeliner. Use a steady hand, and take your time. Go back over your strokes for sharper color once the first coat has dried. • Clean up any mistakes. Dip a cotton bud in eye makeup remover, and gently rub away lines that are too thick, runaway marks, or any other errors. • Allow adequate time for the liquid eyeliner to dry. Use cotton pads or tissue dampened with eye makeup remover or soap and water to gently scrub it away. A faint outline may still be there, but will wash off in the shower.
