This Famous Desert is perfect for all primary holidays as well as bringing families together. Step 1: Scald the milk in double-boiler in 15 minutes. Step2: Beat the egg yolk smooth and constantly. Also Remember to keep in mind the egg yolk must be in a thick form in order to keep the mold from breaking apart. Step 3: Then add the sugar, milk and flavoring. Step 4: Pour into 1 quart mold. Step 5: Next place in large pan half filled with water. Step 6: Steam or bake for about 1 hour or until mixture becomes firm. Then allow it to sit in the pot for aproximately 7 minutes then allow to cool for additional 10 to 15 minutes before transfer to pan! Step 7: Cool removing from the mold.
