You will only need one of the halves for this project. If you have a friend with you, you can give him the other half. Paint the Styrofoam ball black. Set it aside to dry. Cut out a face and chest for the penguin. The face should be round and the chest more of a long oval shape. Draw this on a piece of construction paper first with a pencil. Make sure the face and chest are connected in the middle so that they are just one piece. Cut out a triangle for the penguin’s beak and glue it on the round face. Cut out two black circles for the eyes and glue them above the beak. Cut out a piece of yellow for the chest, and glue it towards the top of the chest to give the
