The Styrofoam penguin pencil holder fits perfectly on any desk and doesn’t take up too much room. It conveniently holds ten or more pencils. Cut a Styrofoam ball in half. You will only need one of the halves for this project. If you have a friend with you, you can give him the other half. Paint the Styrofoam ball black. Set it aside to dry.
