I love this sandwich. It’s easy to make and very filling. This would be a great dish to make while watching football. The market near my house sells sirloin that has already been pre-sliced so I can just throw it into a pan. However, if you need to cut your own steak, put it in the freeze for about 20 minutes to firm it up. This will make it easier to slice. Preheat your Panini press to medium-high. Put the cheese on top of the beef. Top with the remaining two slices of bread. Pu
