The flower seeds can be planted to provide guests with beauty and a remembrance of your special day all season long. Follow these easy instructions to make your own spring wedding favors. Purchase small terra-cotta pots. These pots are available in a variety of sizes, but 2 to 3 inches in diameter is the best size. Write the bride and groom’s names, the wedding date or another personal message on each pot using permanent markers or paint markers. You can skip this step if you do not want to personalize the favors. Cut a piece of ribbon for each favor. You can adjust the length based on the desired look, but 8 to 12 inches should be about right. For a larger bow, cut a longer piece.
