Spring is here. Make this wonderful spring bulletin board for your classroom today. It is a simple idea and easy to make. The kids will love seeing their faces on the flowers. Measure out blue butcher paper that will fit your entire bulletin board area. Staple the paper to the bulletin board as your background. Create a sign for your bulletin board using 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper that is placed on the landscape setting in MS Word. You can use Word Art to make fancy letters, or use the fonts available in the program. A sign might say, “Look What’s Blooming in Mrs. _______’s Class.” Staple the sign somewhere prominent on the board. Create large vases using scrapbook paper. Use vibrant and textured designs for the vases to make the bulletin board lively and fun. Cut out the vases and staple them to the bulletin board.
