How Do You Make A Spiral Wire Ring?
A spiral wire ring is a decorative ring made out of wire that spirals in the front. This spiral wire ring is a fun craft project and is beautiful to wear. This ring takes 15 to 20 minutes to create. Place the dowel rod or mandrel in the center of the length of wire. Find mandrels at jewelry supply or craft stores. Find dowel rods at hardware or craft stores. Wrap the wire around the dowel or mandrel twice. Make sure the wraps are tight so they leave you with long, straight, even wire lengths on both sides. Thread the bead onto both ends of the wire. Slide the bead all the way down until it is flush with the wires wrapped around the dowel rod. Slide the wires off the dowel rod. Bend the straight wires across the beads at a 90-degree angle. This holds the beads in place. Use the needle-nose pliers to make the 90-degree angle. Twist the wires around the top of the bead to make the spiral.
