How Do You Make A Spectacular Pineapple Cake?
This pineapple cake is so easy and people will think you slaved over the stove for hours. Prep time is about 30 mins. total. Step 1 First you mix you cake mix as directed on the box and bake til done. Let cakes cook completely. Also go ahead and drain your crused pineapple so they have time to drain well before use on the cake but save the juice for the cakes later use. Step 2 Mix together the cream cheese (at room tempature) and the butter (also at room tempature) when that is well blended together you mix in the vanilla and powder sugar but do NOT whip this will make the icing to runny. Just mix it slowly til well blended. Step 3 Now you are going to brush each layer with the juice of the pineapple from the can. Place icing on top of the first layer with crushed pineapple. Then add the second layer and repeat til the cake is fully icinged and ready to eat. ENJOY your semi homemade pineapple cake.
