How Do You Make A Sock Baby Shower Favor?
Make cute sock babies for your next baby shower or use them as a tie on for a baby gift. These are so easy to make and oh so cute! Have fun using different colors and facial features to give each one a unique personality! This could also be done as part of a group project! Perfect for baptism and christening parties too! Fill the anklet sock halfway with the cotton ball or fiberfill stuffing. Tie the open end of the anklet sock securely, using a long piece of heavy thread in a matching color. Fold the cuff of the anklet sock down to form a a cute little bonnet. Tie a piece of thin ribbon, in a coordinating color, around the neck of the doll, into a bow. Use fabric paint and a thin paintbrush or a needle and thread to add eyes, nose and a mouth. A thin permanent marker could work as well, but be sure to test first to see if the marker will bleed through.
