Once it has hardened, it needs to be cut. There are a variety of soap cutters on the market, but with about an hour of time, you can make your own. Measure your soap mold to determine what size pieces of plywood and sheet aluminum you will need. Purchase them from a hardware store, where you should be able to get the plywood and metal cut to size. Sandwich the first piece of aluminum metal between the two boards of the same size. Attach clamps (if you have them) to hold the metal in place. Use the electric screwdriver to drive drywall screws through the first piece of wood, the metal and about half way through the second piece of wood. The screws should easily go through the board and metal. Once the cutter feels secure, you have used enough screws. Repeat Step 2 using the second piece of aluminum and the remaining tw
