You can make a snowman table decoration from anything that you can ball or wad, and stack. Table decorations vary in height and diameter according to their purpose. The farther away you seat your guests from the head table at your reception, banquet or party, the larger the decorations on your head table should be. The more guests you seat per table, the smaller and lower the table decorations need to be. Choose materials that will allow you to create the effect you seek. Spray the inside of all six flat-bottomed bowls with non-stick cooking spray. Fill all the bowls to the top with water. Place them in your freezer for two days until solid. Pop the ice half-spheres from the bowls. Wipe the larger flat surface of each with water and place flat surfaces of matching-diameter bowls together to make three balls.
