How Do You Make A Slow Drip Irrigation System?
Below is a procedure for making a drip irrigation system from a recycled plastic bottle. Get hold of the required materials, including the a plastic bottle, a thumbtack, a small cup, a party balloon, adhesive tape and a piece of tissue. The plastic bottle can be any recycled bottle from the bin. If you do not have a small cup with a shiny surface, then use a piece of aluminium foil instead. Get rid of the lid of the plastic bottle. You don’t need it in this experiment. Puncture at least two holes in the bottom of the water bottle with a thumbtack. Note: the number of holes determines how fast the water drains. The more holes you puncture, the faster the bottle runs out. Seal the bottom of the plastic bottle with adhesive tape. Fill up the bottle with water. You can also add some seaweeds or liquid fertilizer into the water too. Cap the mouth of the bottle with a party balloon. The balloon acts like the diaphragm of a nearly drowned person. It contracts to breath in air, which, in turn,
