How Do You Make A Sitz Bath To Cure Hemorrhoids?

Now in this clip I’m going to show you one of the ways that is most commonly recommended to alleviate some of the pain of hemorrhoids and that’s called a sitz bath. Now, what I have here is some items to do a sitz bath. Of course this is a bowl, but you’re going to use something three or four times the size or you can actually go and do it in the bathtub. What you really do is that you get some warm water and you fill the bowl or the bathtub up to six inches, ten inches of water, preferably warm water. You can also add some aroma therapy oils just to make you feel relaxed. Once you’ve done that you can actually get some, you can either normal table salts or what is recommended for hemorrhoids relief which is Epsom salt which you can buy at any pharmacy or drugstore.
